Recent experience with Air France: Terrible !!!
Staff has attitude problem, they think they do you a favour, but worth, AF has a new policy, they charge excess for every KG over 20KG, no compromise whatsoever...outrageous !
My Favorite Airlines:
Lufthansa, British Airways, Easyjet , Ryanair, Quantas, Cathay Pacific.
Lufthansa can be stricted regarding excess luggage but their service is excellent especially if they loose or damage your bag, they won't let you down.
BA: Always excellent, great service, laid back, never had a problem with excess luggage.
Easyjet & Ryanair: No fuss, easy & cheap !
